The question is what should be displayed during Flight mode In Cellular:

The option from Wi-Fi and hotspot are also need to be disabled:

But to finish the design for this I need to know: When a phone is in Flight Mode, is it possible to tell how many SIMs it contains? If so, the controls for choosing between SIMs can stay. If not, they’ll need disabling too.

Reply from Alfonso Sanchez-Beato: This is hardware-specific. Some phones let you access SIM info in Flight Mode, some (such as those using MediaTek chips) do not.
