Bug Description
Try the attached example, the popover goes over the red area without apparent reason to the developer.
If there's a max size the popover can have it'd be good to know it somehow.

Seems it happens when the height+topspace reaches 75%, which may be a design decision, maybe we just need to document it (i could not find if it is documented already)
