Bug Description

When using some Qt apps, for example Kile, unity-panel-service seems to crash when some actions are performed. I noticed this since my gnome terminal was getting resized over and over, making it smaller and smaller.

I'm running precise with unity 3d, with all the updates installed. You can see a video of what's happening at:

When I press ALT+right or ALT+left to change tabs in Kile, the terminal gets resized and the indicators get restarted. After from help from Seb, we manged to get this trace from a gdb run:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

(gdb)

After that, I disabled a11y and restarted the session, and I could no longer reproduce the issue.
