Bug Description

After login there is empty desktop without launcher and panels.

Keyboard shortcuts are working so i.e. Terminal can be started by pressing Ctrl + Alt + T.

Based on the behavior of this bug, this is a dup of bug #1166765. It appears a recent update has affected (some) Nvidia based machines.
