I just updated my computer today, after a reboot I get to the login screen, everything seem fine, when I login it loads the desktop background and Desktop Icons, but not unity at all.

 I have been running the Nvidia 310 Experimental Drivers for quite awhile without any trouble, but reverted back to the 310 Proprietary tested drivers after Unity failed to load but it didn't help Unity still doesnt load. I have LXDE installed so was able to log into that Desktop to file this bug
