[Regression] Unity Gestures: Window move/maximize gestures not working

I just tried Ubuntu 12.04.4 from a USB stick to compare it to 14.04.
On 12.04 I can use 3 fingers on my touchpad to move and maximize windows.

The problem:
On 14.04 this doesn't work.
