Border on clicked indicator icon appears on both monitors

To reproduce:

1. Have a dual head system
2. Click on an indicator icon on the first monitor

A menu appears, and a border is drawn around the icon. On the second monitor no menu appears, but the border is still drawn around the icon. See attached screenshot. (Yes, this happens with any theme.)
