As design (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Unity/LauncherAPI#FAQ) the quicklist item "Keep in Launcher" should be "Keep in launcher".

«Capitalisation: In quicklists the first letter of each line should be capitalised e.g. "Keep in launcher". Names should also be capitalised, e.g. "Open Office".»

Be careful to not break all translations!
