Bug Description
This seems to be similar issue as lp754854 but I see it with the latest compiz/unity. See the screenshot.
Before 5.6 the problem was actually bigger as the white rectangle covered 95% (or so) of the screen so effectively you were unable to do any work.
Right now the rectangle is pretty small but still annoying (and covering e.g. the back/forward buttons of browser).
