gksu invocation with incorrect .desktop file

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

When I press the Settings button in update-manager, it tries to start software-properties, but gksu says that "/usr/share/applications/software-properties.desktop" needs my password, instead of "Software sources". This problem is similar to bug #543637.
