Bug Description
In the event that one encounters a non-fatal error when performing a distribution upgrade when using update-manager it'd be quite useful if update-manager were to add the log files in /var/log/
Additionally, by doing this for the reporter we can ensure that the attachments are named the same thereby making automated bug triage much simpler.
