check-new-release-gtk: Release Notes link/button doesn't send to a release notes page

Bug Description

In the check-new-release-gtk dialog; I clicked the Release Notes link/button at the lower left corner of the window, and it opened a browser pointing to http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/oneiric/main/dist-upgrader-all/current/ReleaseAnnouncement?lang=en_CA; which is essentially the same information as already shown in the dialog.

I expected it to send me to a place such as https://wiki.ubuntu.com/OneiricOcelot/ReleaseNotes instead. :)

SRU verification for Natty:
I have reproduced the problem with update-manager 1:0.150.3 in natty-updates and have verified that the version of update-manager 1:0.150.4 in -proposed fixes the issue.

Looking at update-manager version 1:0.152.25.8 this bug is in fact fixed all the security upload should not have included the fix.
