I don't actually get a crash report popup, USB-CREATOR-GTK just disappears.
Running from a terminal.. at the point it crashes i just get "core dumped" message.

$ usb-creator-gtk
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

- format the key
- unmount every /dev/loopX

then usb-creator finally worked for me

I'm using 13.04, 32bit, but the same problem.
