vncstartup launches twm which might not be around

Bug Description

The default vncstartup script uses twm, which is not installed in a standard Ubuntu desktop. It should rather use metacity, or vnc4 should have a dependency on twm.

I believe the real solution would be to have the executable vnc4server write the ~/.vnc/xstartup ending with "x-session-manager &" instead. Looking into the package source, it appear the package was patched at some point to do just that, but somehow it got lost in new package release.

Xore: twm is in the (aptly named) package twm.
