Unity Webapps won't work in firefox, but in chromium do work

Bug Description

I'm using the Ubuntu 12.10 beta
Installed with
"sudo apt-get install unity-webapps-*"
and then also installed "xul-ext-unity".

I'm able to see the "desktop integration" option in firefox preferences but none of the webapps works (Facebook, twitter, bbc, gmail, youtube were tested).

When trying with chromium the webapps work fine.

I have not used the preview PPA before.

Well, while Firefox is running and for example a Facebook tab is open, even if I opened up that Facebook tab from Dash, It doesn't "connect" the dash Facebook button to the Firefox tab. Dash seems to not know that I've a web app, any one of them, open in a tab in Firefox.

it's still present on my upgraded desktop-pc with final Ubuntu 12.10 and latest updates.
with Chromium it works fine.
on my laptop it also works with firefox.

Yeah, today, 2013-01-30, I have webapps working in Firefox, in Raring. For the first time in months.

The change seems likely to have been unity-firefox-extension 2.4.4bzr13.01.29-0ubuntu1 . Binary packages xul-ext-unity
and libufe-xidgetter0 .

Whoo, I hope this keeps working.
