Bug Description

I've Oneiric in Spanish. Menus in wxMaxima are in Spanish, but Maxima's help (F1) is in English, not in Spanish.

PD: Not sure if this bug is from wxmaxima or from maxima-doc

This bug is still present on precise.

1) I use ubuntu 12.04 64 bits in Spanish
2) I've installed maxima and maxima-doc 5.24.0-1build1, and wxmaxima 11.08.0-1 from the official repository
3) maxima help is translated to Spanish, and wxmaxima automatically reads the Spanish help for Windows users, so I expected the same behaviour in ubuntu
4) In ubuntu help is on English, and the html files that wxmaxima read (placed at /usr/share/doc/maxima-doc/html) are in English, not in Spanish
