It means ~1.0 GiB of memory leak in 1 hour.
After logout the memory is released.
The same is with gdm3 Display Manager.
Probably it happaned after one of the last update of the system - 1 month ago about.
The temporary solution for me is to make tvtime window invisible - minimise it or to move it to invisible workspace. In this case there is no memory leak.

Memory leak in process Xwayland: ~ 1.0 Gb in 1 hour.
But leak exists if tvtime window is invisible (minimised or on another workspace)
