Bug Description

Binary package hint: xchat

Client side certificates require the NetworkName.pem file to be in your ~/.xchat2. When this file is present and SSL is selected in the network preferences, client certificate is presented to the server. In Ubuntu's xchat package, this does not occur. When you manually compile xchat on Ubuntu and run it, this process does work.
