Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. It appears as though your system doesn't have all of it's updates installed. Just going by the fact that the file says "development" branch it tells me that your install was when intrepid was either in Alpha or Beta. I have a couple of up to date systems over here and my lsb-release doesn't contain the same thing yours does.
