Error when installing ubuntu-xen-desktop

Bug Description

In Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04 I get the below error in Synaptic Package Manager when selecting ubuntu-xen-desktop for installation:
ubuntu-xen-desktop:
Depends: xenman but it is not installable

I checked and cannot find xenman as a package anywhere in synaptic. Also, using apt-get install xenman, i get the following:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Package xenman is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package xenman has no installation candidate

Can someone please look into this and provide some analysis? Is it happening to others? Has xenman been excluded for a reason? Is it in another repository?

Can the meta-package get changed to depend on virt-manager instead? I think most Xen users (especially for desktop usage) would prefer this. Doubly so since xenman seems to be in indefinite limbo.

I'm experiencing this problem as well on my Hardy x86 installation.

I've tried the link that PaneQ provided. The package fails to install here.
