Bug Description
Booted up the Live installer of today's build (20240325) and I see the double network panel icon in the top panel. First time I have seen this on a Live or clean installation. I have only seen it with LTS upgraded Xubuntu installations.

I think this is an issue where both the 'Status Tray Plugin' and 'Indicator Plugin' are showing duplicates I have had this issue on other versions of Xubuntu. my workaround is to remove the one of them.
I have found removing the Indicator plugin seems to be the better option.
I'm not sure why Xubuntu have both but I think this is a Ubuntu specific thing. My Debian system only use the 'Status Try Plugin'
