I just created a symlink from 6 to 4 (my Xournal install was looking for libpoppler-glib.so.4). So maybe it will work for you as well.
sudo apt-get install libpoppler-glib6 and
 ln -s /usr/lib/libpoppler-glib.so.6 /usr/lib/libpoppler-glib.so.4

Yes, it works creating the symlinks to libpoppler-glib.so.6 and libpoppler.so.13

sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libpoppler-glib.so.6 /usr/lib/libpoppler-glib.so.5
sudo ln -s /usr/lib/libpoppler.so.13 /usr/lib/libpoppler.so.7

The dependencies have to be updated.
