Bug Description

Opposed to the known issue in the release notes, suspend to RAM works fine.

New: The machine falls asleep, wakes up for an instance and then returns to sleep.

On resuming later, the screen is at full brightness, even when adjusted to a dimmed level.

(Awkward, as 12.04 is generally brighter, one gets nearly blinded).

Not critical but anoying

The strange thing about this bug is that the notification bubble (notify-osd) will display a modified brightness level when trying to change the brightness. The screen however, stays maximally lit.
