When launching a Live Session in the Xubuntu 13.10 daily iso, usb-creator-gtk is not available.

This is not a bug related to usb-creator, but to xubuntu-meta, since it's Xubuntu's metas and seeds which doesn't have usb-creator-gtk.

Why would it need this package added? If people want it they can install it.

This package isn't seeded for Xubuntu. We didn't ship this in 13.04 and we apparently do not have this seeded to ship for 13.10. A quick look at the seed shows we do not have this blacklisted but we just do not include it on the disk.

Options for resolution:
1. Amend the testcase, if possible, to remove mention of this.
2. Include usb-creator-gtk on the disc.
3. Include unetbootin as proposed by elfy and adjust testcases as appropriate.
4. Do nothing.
