Bug Description

[Impact]
In a MT7925 Dell Platform device, the system would hang when running Checkbox's warm-boot test with failure rate 5/30.

[Fix]
Cherry-pick the following patches from mainline kernel:

defc33b5541e Bluetooth: btusb: mediatek: change the conditions for ISO interface
489304e67087 Bluetooth: btusb: mediatek: add intf release flow when usb disconnect
cea1805f165c Bluetooth: btusb: mediatek: add callback function in btusb_disconnect
ad0c6f603bb0 Bluetooth: btusb: mediatek: move Bluetooth power off command position

[Test Plan]
1. Boot into Ubuntu OS with 6.11 OEM kernel
2. checkbox-cli run com.canonical.certification::warm-boot-stress-test

[Where problems could occur]
May cause regression at USB suspend or USB disconnect.

This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-oem-6.11/6.11.0-1012.12 kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-noble-linux-oem-6.11' to 'verification-done-noble-linux-oem-6.11'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-noble-linux-oem-6.11' to 'verification-failed-noble-linux-oem-6.11'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!
