Bug Description

The minimized windows are still grab-able in the desktop.
When a window is minimized. The mouse cursor appear to grab mood on the margin of the hidden window. If right click in the menu bar are of the hidden window, you will see the pop menu belongs to that window.

Seems only affect when use "show/hide" desktop.
Hide a window by clicking its minimize icon is fine.

Also affect 1410.
If multiple windows are alive in background, one can hardly grab a icon in the desktop.
