Bug Description
The Add account function doesn't work in the Online Accounts page.
Steps:
1. Open System Settings-->Online Accounts
2. Click Add account button
-->Failed. This button is useless.
Configuration:
PC: Dell Vostro
OS: Ubuntukylin utopic beta1
