Bug Description
I did the following operations under the system environment of ubuntukylin 14.04 (32-bit):
1. apt-get update
2. apt-get dist-upgrade
3. update-manager -c -d
The system upgraded to version 1404.1 after step 2.
And after step 3, it failed to upgrade with the phenomenon as shown in picture 1,pic 2 and pic 3.
