Bug Description
steps:
1. click "System Menu" icon
2. click System Setting
3. click Text Entry
4. check the interface
5. There is no Pinyin in Text Entry.
6. click the icon of Text Entry in the panel
7. check the drop-down menu
8. There is Pinyin in Text Entry.
this bug exists in both 14.04&14.10.
