Bug Description

From bug #928932, user reports unable to connect.

the syncdaemon log is:

2012-02-08 17:37:48,765 - ubuntuone.SyncDaemon - WARNING - Please don't run the syncdaemon as root.
2012-02-08 17:37:48,765 - ubuntuone.SyncDaemon - INFO - not starting twisted.manhole
2012-02-08 17:39:46,858 - ubuntuone.SyncDaemon - WARNING - Please don't run the syncdaemon as root.
2012-02-08 17:39:46,858 - ubuntuone.SyncDaemon - INFO - not starting twisted.manhole

The user is running the windows client. I assume this message is because he's running as Administrator.

Logger should make this platform distinction and not refer to root in this instance.
