Adding attachment for desktop web browser view and mobile web browser view.
Ways that this can be de-scoped:
1) remove search capability
2) remove add, edit, delete bookmarks and folders making this a purely read-only interface
3) remove the list of tags and keywords
4) use a generic icon for bookmarks (favicon) until this feature is supported by Bindwood
5) implement after 10.04 launch if there's not time
