Bug Description

I cannot remove the parent folders in Ubuntu One even though synchronizing with the PC has been stopped. Files which where inside could be removed but the parent folder still exists. There is no option that allows the removal of it!

Stefan,
Is this a User Designated Folder, outside of your Ubuntu One folder, you cannot remove?

Well, I linked it (U1) to some folders within my home folder in Ubuntu 10.4 and started a synchronisation. After I stopped it the way I was told in the U1 wiki. However it is not possible to remove them via web interface. The files inside showed a delete button after I had clicked on the options menu (more) and were removable. My question: Are they deletable as normal files I can create via web interface? If so which way?

Thank you, Stefan

I'm missing the option to delete a folder too. If I delete it in nautilus (while it is shared) it still remains on the server.

This affects me as well. I have synchronized folders in my home directory (not the ubuntu one folder) but need to remove one of them. I have deleted the folder locally through nautilus but this is not updated on the cloud. From the web-interface I can delete all files and folders within the folder in question, but when clicking "more" on the parent folder there is no option to delete it.

Thank you Volodymyr!

The unsubscribe command suggested in the FAQ did not work, but I did manage to remove the folder using:
u1sdtool --delete-folder=ID-FROM-COMMAND-IN-FAQ

I would still call this a bug though.

This is still happening. No link or button to delete top folders exists when I click "more". I cannot unsynchronize folders via the website.
