Bug Description
When a pan gesture event occurs, the deltas include fractionals. These are rounded off and then dropped in unity. Over time, touches constituting a drag can move with relation to the window being dragged. The fractions should be stored and used in subsequent calculations, or one of the more appropriate properties, such as the bounding box, should be used.
