Bug Description
Since the last release (0.2.40) I've noticed a semi-transparent rectangle around every launcher icon. It is very obvious when a launcher-icon wiggles to draw the users attention (see attached screencast). I still have to verify if this, but I think it's due to the recent effect-cache work in clutk (rev 271). Seen on intel GMA X3100 (i965). Will see if this also happen on nvidia.

This only happens on intel. Tested with GMA X3100 (i965) and GMA 950 (i945). With an nvidia card and the proprietary driver this does not happen. It is an issue with clutk. Also happens with clutk rev. 270. So I'm not sure yet what's causing it.
