Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

Using unity 3.2.16 in natty you can start dragging the special icons like the workspace switcher but you can't reorder those remove them, wouldn't it be better to have they locked in position to make clear they can't be reordered?

I think we're going to end up allowing rearrangement of all icons in the
launcher except the Trash.
