Launcher shortcut missing position number

Bug Description

On boot and log-in, holding the super-key does not show numbers on the launcher shortcuts. Launching by holding super-key and pressing a number does not function. After another application has started and added a temporary shortcut, the numbering reappears on super-key hold and hotkey functionality functions. After log-in/out problem does not reassert.

Lettered shortcuts appear fine (ex: workspace switcher, add, search, trash)

It's pretty spotty for me. It happened on a decent enough number of reboots in a row to warrant the bug ticket, but on the last couple when I tried to screenshot, it's been working fine. Having a hard time getting a screenshot with super-key held (especially since as soon as the screenshot window appears, number work fine because it adds a new launcher icon. I'll post back if I can get some data that's more worthwhile.
