Switching desktops after using showdesktop can cause hidden windows to become "active"

I executed the testcase with the proposed version and it worked fine.

1) I activated showdesktop
2) I switched to another desktop
3) I switched back to the same desktop

Result:
 1) Invisible windows were not "activated", the desktop was active

This bug was fixed in the package unity - 4.24.0-0ubuntu2
