Other question, how to uninstall it with setup.py?
What can I give you for help you?

There was no need to install it from the setup.py. You only have to enter the folder with the source code and type:
python urandrgtk.py

The program will only detect the available resolutions and refresh rates but won't be able to do anything (yet).

If you want to remove the file which you installed you will have to remove them manually.

type:
sudo updatedb

locate urandr

and remove all the files you get.
