Bug Description
When attempting to connect to a server that is rebooting, paramiko sometimes reports:
2013-04-12 15:07:30,526 root ERROR: Failed to run test: not a valid DSA private key file
like here:
10.98.0.
This VM came back up fine, and I was able to get in later using the key.
