typo in tslist.run causes no error message

Bug Description
I had a situation where I had a small typo in tslist.run, and I wasn't seeming to get any kind of error from utah. This is fairly easy to reproduce. Just make sure you have a line in tslist.run that does not correspond to any of the testsuites.
All I was getting back was that utah returned 6, which seems to indicate EXCEPTION_ERROR, but nowhere could I find any traceback or further details on the exception.
