Bug Description
reproducible: rare less than 1 out of 100
Steps:
1. install saucy with a test case that does a distupgrade always reboots when finished then runs a testcase with the true command
expected results:
utah returns true and runs both the test cases
actual results:
utah reboots after distupgrade, but does not run the second test case
