Bug Description
The package gdebi-core is no longer available in main as of Artful. This package is used to install the utah client on the system-under-test. Because utah hijacks the preseed file and inserts gdebi-core into the list of packages to be installed it causes all installs to fail.
My proposed solution is to remove the usage of gdebi in the first place and instead utilize the combination of `dpkg -i <pkg>` and `apt-get install -f`.
