It simply links back to the vault documentation, as does the install-openstack link.
Searching the charm-deploymen t-guide source the only mention of "authorize-charm" which is needed, is in deploy- guide/source/ app-ha. rst for some reason - which also has no documentation of the implications of the steps and having to save the keys, etc.
Adding charm-vault, as I think this really should be in the charm-vault documentation even if it is also in the openstack guide.
