Bug Description
The VirtualPDU tool implements SNMP agent to simulate SNMP-enabled power distribution units. Current implementation works only over UDP/IPv4 networks.
This bug is to add UDP/IPv6 transport support to VirtualPDU's SNMP engine.
One of the benefits of this feature would be that we could test SNMP clients operating on a IPv6-only management network at the OpenStack CI.
