.btmeeting returns an error

Bug Description
When I run .btmeeting in #ubuntu-beginners the following message is displayed:
Votebot> The next Beginners Team meeting is scheduled for Error: Unable To Fetch Meeting Wiki Page!

This feature has never worked properly since I stopped hosting VoteBot. We believe it has to do with the wiki using https. Since the date of the next meeting is also in the /topic of #ubuntu-beginners, I might try and modify the command to use that instead.
