Bug Description
Currently rabbit configuration is defined by oslo_messaging_
[oslo_messaging
rabbit_host = 172.18.11.143
rabbit_password = stackqueue
rabbit_userid = stackrabbit
These options are deprecated for removal. Its value may be silently ignored in the future[1]
These are replaced by [DEFAULT]
