Creates wallpaper of wrong size, which causes wallpaper to appear out of center

Bug Description
Version: 0.2.0
The wallpaper appeared to be out of center, with the weather icon on the wallpaper positioned at the right side of the display. The cause turned out to be that the wallpaper created by weather-wallpaper was of the wrong size, it created one of the size 1280x1024, while it should match the resolution of the display, which in this case is 1024x786 pixels. Though this behaviour does also occur at other display resolutions.
I've fixed the bug and attached a patch that makes it create a wallpaper of the correct size that matches the resolution of the display.

I forgot to check the option "This attachment is a patch", so I attached the same patch again but now with the patch option enabled.
