Bug Description
As soon as some kind of user profile is in place (with avatars), gravatar support should be added (maybe using django-gravatar, but maybe also using a simple templatetag of our own)

Profiles are now in place. Gravatar support is already partially implemented. All it needs is some more testing and tweaking and a crontab entry to fetch gravatars from users.
