download resume not working

Bug Description

wubi file: wubi-r160-signed.exe

settings:
installation drive: C: (20GB Free)
Installation size: 8GB
Desktop environment: Ubuntu
Language: English (US)
username: scott

started install of wubi, download of iso karmic-desktop-i386.iso. cancelled installation after some time had passed because time remaining was longer than i would be connected to the internet. started installation again later and wubi detected a previous installation and uninstalled it. new install begin. tried this several times to make sure it wasn't a fluke.

Maybe I'm not doing something right to allow download resume to work, but I think if I stop the download I should be able to continue it later.

This could be down to the fact that currently the current iso's are respinning. But I can't remember if it uses current by default.

Yes the feature is not supported at the moment in the python version of wubi
