Media assigning from library not working in IE9

Bug Description
In Timeline page:
- click Add Library Item
- In "Assign an item from the Library" page, drag items from "Library" to "Media to Assign"
- Click "Assign" button.
- No response and page stays at "Assign an item from the Library" page
The above problem is only observed in browser IE9
Both the Firfox and Chrome do not experience such problem.
